Konstantinos Mouzakis is President of the Acropolis Chefs Club of Attica and Vice President of the European Gastronomy and Oenology Council (CEUCO).

With a huge history in Gastronomy, Konstantinos has earned many distinctions, honours and awards in Greece, the European Union and third countries alike, for example:

  • Chef European 2015 in Perpignan (France)
  • A distinguished personality of gastronomy in Kunming (China), Valencia (Spain), Lisbon (Portugal) etc.
  • Member of the Culinary Tourism Working Group of the Ministry of Tourism
  • Member of the Working Group for Gastronomic Tourism of the Region of Attica
  • Panel leader at the Taste Olymp Awards tasting competitions
  • Branch Coordinator of Gastronomy Professionals, Secretariat of Production Sectors, New Democracy Party
  • Professor at the Higher Vocational Training Schools (Sector of Cooking and Pastry) of Attica
  • Certified adult trainer (EOPPEP)
  • Certified in Euro-Asian teaching and tourism of the UNESCO Groups
  • Listed in the Register of Food Business Trainers (EFET)

He writes articles and lectures at conferences on Greek gastronomy. He collaborates with the Region of Attica, appears on television cooking shows and travels around the world with the aim of promoting Greek Gastronomy.
