BEE DAY 2023 

On the occasion of the International Bee Day (20/5) and Biodiversity (22/5), on Saturday 27th May 2023, young and old, we all met at Kokotos Estate in Stamata, Attica, and spent an hour discussing about pollinators, their behaviour and their importance for life.

Starting with the apiary and wildflowers on the estate, we learned about the life cycle of bees and the role they play in the health of the ecosystem, the quality of life and culture. We observed a hive of bees and were inspired for a more sustainable environmental management, through the protection of wild nature and respect for its paces.
